I’ve invested in early-stage founders as a VC. I’ve co-founded a company, raised capital, and scaled a team as CEO.

I’ve also experienced the human side of being a founder and the roller coaster of the journey. The thrill of raising on your ideas and the panic attacks after realizing how difficult implementing said ideas will be. The confidence after reaching 7 figure revenue and the long days that roll into long months trying to recreate that success. The hard conversations when a team just isn’t melding and the stronger resolutions that bring them together again. 

Creating a company is one of the fastest ways to face your stuff. My ultimate belief is that it is also a form of self-realization. Informed by 10+ years of tactical experience and 250+ hours (and counting) of coach training, my responsibility as coach is to support you in carving your own path.
